Good catch. I keep hearing as much. But, it seems once one of these cheezy plans are outed they are either tossed aside or buried in a bill like the infrastructure bill which has no infrastructure and costs us nothing accd. to everyone from Piglosi on down. This of course is one of the biggest lies ever in history.
