The prosecutor now has a chance those on the jury who mentally convicted Kyle just for being there can use this as the basis of their argument to other jurors.
It at least sets up a compromise verdict of a lesser charge which, as I said, is likely a death sentence for Kyle and certainly life plan destroying.
Hopefully, there are reasonable people on the jury who will look at this video and see nothing.....there is nothing there. Sure you could have a well dressed person who seems to a authoritative, tell you what they want you to think is happening, but this is chaos, worthless chaos.
But it could be a seed for certain people who really do want Kyle convicted.....but at the end of the day, this seed isn’t really needed. Those types of folks had their minds made up prior to entering the courtroom, regardless of what they told the court.

what they mean for evil, God will use for good! God wins! Kyle is on the side of truth and right, God will see him through whatever may be, but the evil ones will pay a much much higher price.
