We have been following and watching. The question the defense never asked and should have asked is “Can individual pixels also be manually edited?”
Of course they can. Even if they had said no, the answer is still yes.
The first question should have been "who took this video and why aren't they here to testify about it". Without credible testimony there is no way to know that the video isn't just a deep fake made from other image data and CGI software. It probably started as some drone footage, but nobody really knows if it has been altered or not.
Without authentication it should never have been allowed for any purpose in the trial.
Modern computer graphics software allows modification of videos, or even the creation of realistic but entirely fake drone like videos.
