Yet the question directly involves policy issues in his lane. He was asked a question related to China's use of forced labor to produce solar panels. Solar panels fall well inside the purview of “the climate guy.” [/snip]
That's odd -- in the recent past his lane has been to conduct anti-American rogue foreign policy. Thanks RACPE.
Please don’t anyone make the mistake of giving Kerry the credit for doing something right. Why do you suppose Biden gave Kerry the job he has? It may be humorous if Biden cuts loose with a trouser cough in front of some dignitaries, but there is nothing funny about his brain farts.
