Prosecutors at the Kenosha shooter trial have admitted that 'a reasonable jury or juror' could acquit Kyle Rittenhouse on the most serious charges that he faces.
Assistant District Attorney James Kraus made the extraordinary admission as he pressed for 'a multitude of lesser charges' to be put before the jury when they are sent out to deliberate Monday.
Rittenhouse has been charged with First Degree Reckless Intentional Homicide in the death of Joseph Rosembaum, First Degree Intentional Homicide in the death of Anthony Huber and First Degree Attempted Intentional Homicide in the shooting of Gaige Grosskreutz. These are the most serious of six counts.

He's a liar. Period. He pointed his gun at Rittenhous' head, admitted it in court, reversed himself on TV, then said he "unintentionally" pointed it at Rittenhous' head or "maybe" pointed it at him.
I didn't see the proceedings yesterday, if Rittenhous' attorney didn't fight these ridiculous "lesser" charges tooth and nail I'd be surprised.

I kept asking myself why the left cares so much about this trial since they can’t use the race angle, and my answer so far is they are terrified that this would set precedent for total self defense against leftist mobs at any point in the future not on your own property but also anywhere in public
Defense counsel didn’t put up much fight, from what I gather from comments of comments. People here were watching online realtime lawyer team make comments. That group was highly critical of defense.
Ya thats not the way it works. Charged with murder, prove it or he is a free man. Prosecution and the judge both know they have lost this case.
