Yes- it is interesting. I was thinking since schools are controlled by state board if the governor and chief health official declare state of emergency is over. My son is a senior so he’d like to just finish up. My daughter who is a sophomore will leave for home school if new governor can’t turn this around. We are also, I believe, going to succeed on recalling two school board members so maybe that will wake them up.
There is usally a pretty clear chain of command in the state, and scope of authority for each layer in the public education system.

The vax mandate thing is a weird matrix. Totally depends on where you live, and even within a state can depend on where you live. For workers, can totally depends on your employer. Neighbors held to opposite requirements.
