What I think is funny is that the weapons charge is based on his being a minor at the time, yet they are trying him as an adult.
That seems awfully oxymoronic to me. Just sayin’.😜

I think Kyle will wind up with some weapons charges, but will be acquitted on the homicide charges.Yes, that law is about as clumsy as the mail-in voting regulations here last round, so I suspected the jury would get him there just to throw crumbs to the hungry mob. I think he's already been held long enough to take care of that.
