The mother of Kyle Rittenhouse claimed President Biden “defamed” her son when he tweeted a video suggesting the Illinois teen is a white supremacist.
“When I saw that, I was shocked, I was angry,” Wendy Rittenhouse told Fox News’ Sean Hannity on Thursday night.
“President Biden don’t know my son whatsoever, and he’s not a white supremacist. He’s not a racist. And [Biden] did that for the votes,” the mother fumed.
“And I was so angry for a while at him and what he did to my son, he defamed him,” she added.
Biden, a presidential candidate in September 2020, had tweeted that “there’s no other way to put it: the President of the United States refused to disavow white supremacists on the debate stage last night,” referring to President Donald Trump.
The post, which includes a 50-second clip, refers to a question Fox News host Chris Wallace asked Trump during a presidential debate about whether he was willing “to condemn white supremacists and militia groups” in the wake of unrest in Kenosha, Wisconsin, and other American cities.
The clip includes an image of Rittenhouse, 18, wielding a semi-automatic rifle.
The teen is on trial — charged with intentional homicide for killing Joseph Rosenbaum, 36, and Anthony Huber, 26, as well as attempted homicide for wounding Gaige Grosskreutz, 27, during chaotic protests in Kenosha over the police shooting of Jacob Blake.

Since Kyle Rittenhouse is White, and was on the “wrong” side during the riots, he is being prosecuted politically, with the entire left breathing hate at him.
The left cheered blm/antifa when they burned, destroyed, stole, assaulted and killed, but they want Kyle Rittenhouse jailed.
Whenever I see or read the word “President” before Joe Biden’s name, it turns my stomach and sends chills up my spine. Halloween is over.

The general lay of the law is that POTUS is not immune to civil suit while he is in office. There is no tolling of statutes of limitations, etc.

It doesn’t matter if the defendant is POTUS when he acts in an actionable way. Biden can be sued in civil court tomorrow for what he does today.

I saw the video of Brandon’s son. He was smoking crack, and getting what can best be described as pleasure by someone’s feet. An idea that never crossed my mind.
Par for the course. The late Mrs. Biden, though a moment of inattention, caused the accident that killed her and Joe’s daughter. Joe slandered the other driver as “having drank his lunch” for years. Bad enough for the other driver to have been involved in that horrific accident through no fault of his own; Biden’s slander tortured him for the rest of his life
There was a reason why cameras USED to be forbidden in court rooms. It is extremely prejudicial, and self serving, for the politicians and media. They make financial gain and political gain, and become part of the judicial process, and they should not be. I wish that good Judges will ban them in the future.
