I do not recognize the “Quigley” name being used in the article to “imply” the FBI was investigating the dossier, instead of promoting it to as many people as they could find.
I understand at least six different times the Steele dossier was pushed into the FBI’s hands by Hillary associates and lawyers while trying to get the issue “investigated” - so they could use the “investigation” itself as a means of “verifying” their own original lies., and to use the “investigation” in new press releases attacking Trump.
