I think it was determined that night to be Grosskreutz’ phone.
He was streaming video of himself chasing Kyle.
I believe Grosskreutz was loading (or reloading) the Glock when Kyle fired causing him to flinch and drop the mag.
The Kenosha detective was not allowed to view Grosskreutz phone. The DA wouldn’t let him.

If he had murdered Rittenhouse, no charges wold have been filed. Self-defense is illegal, but murder while rioting is just fine.
