If he had taken HCQ he would have lived. Herman was a grown man, no one forced him to attend the Tulsa rally..and honestly I dont think he got covid from that rally..he had been traveling numerous times throughout the week PRIOR to the rally, he could have easily caught it on the plane, at the airport..countless of other places

Herman Cain had been put on a ventilator and was at times unconscious during his final weeks hospitalized with the coronavirus, a top aide and friend of Cain’s told CNBC.
The new details come less than a week after the former Republican presidential candidate succumbed to his illness, making him among the most well-known people in the U.S. to have died from Covid-19.
Dan Calabrese, who announced Cain’s passing, said that doctors in the hospital where Cain was being treated “were trying to use the ventilator to strengthen his lungs.”
