I think it's just the opposite. I think the two have had many, many showers and Gramnesty doesn't want to ruin a great thing.
They control who gets awarded state contracts for construction, etc. In the “infrastrure” bill, Graham has an earmark for 12 million for construction of a highway system to connect I 95 to Myrtle Beach. Alot of that money is used for buying right of way access. I am sure if looked into, you will find the GOB’s own most of the land where the road will go through. There was another massive pork project for years that was billions over budget and not expected to be finished until 2048. It was the construction of a MOX facility. It has become irrelevant since Russia pulled out of the treaty. I don’t know if it is still being funded. The pork was so plentiful, Clayburn and Graham were in lock step on it.
