What’s wrong with online orders?

The only problem I’ve had was placing an order with a chain to be picked up at a particular location, then it turned out that location was closed that evening due to staff shortage. The payment was made online as well. I ended up picking up the order the next day; that was the simplest way to resolve it.

He’s obviously too old to know how to place an order online I guess?

I was at their register, ready for them to take my order. Besides, they never got my delivery to my house in a timely fashion. Up until last night, I would place the order in store. It was a huge “Eff you, we don’t want your money.”

I’m now obliging Domino’s.
