Are the officials required by law to have ballot images?
The underlying problem is right in front of everyone. Georgia election personnel dont seem qualified and the processes are poorly designed and implemented. Part of the process is being able to validate and demonstrate the election was run legally and properly. One shouldn’t need days or weeks of recounts. What good is it to recount fraudulent ballots anyway?
In this case and other states, it was not.
We’ve GOT to get Ratburger and Kemp out next year. Then Georgia needs to pass real election integrity laws banning drop boxes and all absentee voting except in a few provable cases in which people literally cannot make it to the polls. Also, there needs to be a complete overhaul of how ballots are counted. Film them all and have a meaningful right of observation……as in 1 foot away, as in close enough for the vote counter to small their breath, as in close enough that the observer can read each ballot and object to any ballot which then must go to a bipartisan committee to be adjudicated. Also put a bar code on each ballot or put them on the blockchain. Also impose a strict deadline that all ballots must be received by Election Day - no later.

Because the 17,000 ballot did not scan properly, they were sent to adjudication and someone changed the votes from Trump to Biden. And of course they destroyed the original ballots to hide what they did. #ComDem Vermin.
