I also appreciate any good news coming out of the Republic of Texas. Its a great State and a wonderful road block to much of the left wing agenda.

Thanks, Unclebankster, that was very kind! Texas is a definitely a great state to live in, given its cheap housing and no income tax. We do pay on the high side for property tax, but even with that, people do have some control, as you can still buy condos for under 100k, so even that can be kept to $2k a year or so. So, good state!
