During the Rittenhouse trial, the cross-examination of journalist Nathan DeBruin done by Assistant District Attorney James Kraus got personal after a break.
"DeBruins said Binger's attitude quickly changed to that of an adversarial role when DeBruin refused to change or add to his statement, that he signed over a year prior. 'Whose side are you on?' Binger sternly asked. Binger then asked DeBruin to identify people in the many photos he took. He didn't know who they were at the time, but now knew some of them. Binger asked him to change and add to his statement the identities of some of the people, but he didn't know who they were at the time, so he refused. He didn't want to lie. 'We have no use for you!' Binger said. 'We won't put you on the stand, so Richards (Kyle's Lawyer) will be, and he'll be harder on you than we would!' With this, the meeting ended."

Ironies abound:
The pedo who raped a small boy was shot in the penis and bled out slowly.
The woman abuser who choked a woman was shot in the chest and died slowly.
The gun-toting ‘medic’ had his bicep blown off and showed up to the court to destroy his own lawsuit. Not only did Gaige exonerate Kyle by admitting Kyle only shot when he pointed his loaded/chambered handgun at Kyle, but he also admitted the other attacker, Huber, placed Kyle in reasonable fear of his immediate death. He destroyed TWO cases in about 10 minutes!
I haven’t followed trials this closely ever before. This one beats all. I guess I’m interested because I’m rooting for him...and have about the same aged kids.
it was insane , after this they tried to break the witness by saying he was biased for Kyle and that he gave an interview for a biased website. They tried to claim that the witness, whom he had never met before, knew that the person was biased for Kyle.
The judge almost laughed them out of the courtroom saying that he has never heard of second hand biased knowledge (or something)
Then when that didn’t work, they tried to claim that the witness was trying to make a buck by selling his photos
Agreed. And take his gay “Star Wars” lapel pins with him.
why did they cut it off after he said, “yes you did”? Would’ve like to heard the next exchange.
Hopefully the proscecution team gets its just reward too.
Was he a defense witness or a prosecution witness?
Considering the manor in which those two died, I can’t quite help but wonder if a vengeful angel or an Angry God was looking after Kyle that night.

Manner, not manor.
They are really gunning (pun intended) for Rittenhouse. That's how DA's make their name with guilty verdicts, whether in government or private sector if they leave prosecution.
Wins are all important in court proceedings when applying to prestigious law firms or climbing the political ladder.
