She has to find that the mandate is valid against everybody that does not have a granted exemptoipn fpor religious objection (or health objection - but that is not at issue in this case).

The only issue is the religous exemption, and as far as she’s concerned, everybody suing will get one, so where’s the beef?

It's SOP for liberal judges. Just change the issue from ballot challenges to vaccine challenges.

To me it means the Big Four: CCP, Blackrock ,Vanguard and Soros, (and whoever is above them, pulling THEIR strings) have very long tentacles into every foundation of our country including our justice system, owning many judges.

We are definitely not a free country any more. I wouldnt say a dictatorship, maybe an oligarchy, run from way above Biden, Obama , Pelosi, or anyone we see on the nightly news.

Four vectors by the government so far.

• OSHA against all employers > 100 emplyees ... effective Jan 4
• EO 14042 against contractors ... effective jan 4
• CMS against outfits who take money and service Medicare/medicade (effective now, I think)
• Order against military, also effective now, I think

There are also state mandates, as far as I know these have been upheld by courts. maine's law, for example, applies to students and healcare and doe NOT have an exception for religious objection. Upheld in federal court. That one went into effect in mid september.

You are getting the hang of this. There are enough widgets and precedents to get any outcome. The legal system operates as whim of judge, they can get whatever outcome they prefer. “The law” does not determine outcome, because “the law” allows any outcome the judge declares to be the correct one.

It’s pretty standard legal logic. You can’t sue for redress unless you can demonstrate you’ve experienced actual harm.

If I say “I’m going to burn your house down”, you can’t sue me for the cost of a new house. You have to wait until I actually burn it down before a judge would let that suit proceed. So someone will need to get their religious exemption denied, and then suffer harm like being discharged from the military, before they can sue to get some recompense for that harm they suffered, and possibly get a judge to stop others like them from being harmed the same way.

I didn’t know a mandate was a law? No one has to follow this because it is not law. Businesses do not have to follow this because OSHA says so. They also do not make law. They can suggest or recommend but I don’t think they can make policy and treat it like it’s a law.

Not always the case. Sometimes people are prohibited from acting, in order to prevent the harm. Restraining orders are a common example of this.

It seems this level of fascist dictatorship is what it has taken to finally start waking the sheep. There were FINALLY protests against vaccine mandates in LA. When LA starts having some people waking up, maybe the tide is turning.
