Deadline just passed, 5pm, I think Central time, and I don't see any reason the government would not have been ready to reply - I assume the government has replied.

By the way they are telling businesses to ignore a Federal Court order the Administration probably feels they don’t have to respond.
I’m not saying this is the case, but I would not be surprised if that is what happens.
In reality they probably know what they are doing is 100% illeagal.
