The system is designed and built to be self-reinforcing.
The selection pool exists to ensure everyone available for selection is proven loyal to the system.

I do believe what Trump went through did a damn good job of bringing that issue into hard awareness of a whole lot of otherwise clueless onlookers, such as myself.

He has a terrible record in his choice of personnel and lawyers. I’m surprised that a man who spent so many years in the cut-throat business and real estate world of NYC could be so naive.

I think you meant to say mistakes. And Give Me One Reason, perhaps something he said, anything he said, to make me believe that anything in his decision-making would change in the future. Especially his advisers. His closest advisers. Why should we think anything would change?
