It's not my fault that blacks dont care for their yards more. I am landscaper. I see the disparity in ethnic yards. Some folks care; some folks don't. I will say that, being in Atlanta, driving to South Atlanta I am stunned by the litter peppering the highway, whereas, where I live, we have better respect for our land.

I watch a lot of videos of guys taking videos in the hoods across the country. Litter everywhere, but they do have nice cars.
