No, she mean the race of the landowner.

There is apparently the view out there that black land owners don’t have as many trees as white land owners do.

And therefore tree inequality … or some such.

Essentially, race grievance hustlers have to work hard trying to find new ways to keep people unhappy and angry otherwise they may be out of a phony baloney job.

Detroit has plenty of shrubs and trees these days in the middle of the city

It’s not limited to land owners. If one chooses to live in a big City, the City owns most of the Trees, and concrete predominates.

It’s what people prioritize and value.

Some people are perfectly fine sending their kids to failing, unsafe schools, if they can support and promote the same Politics and Leaders they have been drawn to their entire lives.

Choices.

I agree.. after listening to the tape, I realized she meant correlating tree coverage to the racial distribution of the population. My bad.
