HIPAA does not apply to this. Only to healthcare employees
HIPAA would apply between me and my employer in regard to my not wanting to disclose my PHI to them.
What next? People will have to disclose to their employer if they plan on becoming pregnant in the future... Come on, man! LOL.
There is not way this should get through the courts.
