I told my employer I refuse to disclose my vaccination status to them. They count that as unvaccinated. So I may be unemployed by January.
I refuse to give my private health information to a flunky working in personnel. As far as I know, this is supported by HIPAA laws.

I think they will play the court game through Christmas, but right after the first of the year, no jab, no job.
