Agree but it’s a step in the right direction.

Old Henruh McMaster talks the talk, but about all this action will entail will be generating billable hours for the attorneys hired to defend the order in court. Still it is a start.

Lots of “private citizens” work for state agencies.

Very good. It lowers the statement of control back to the people and away from the federal government that has no jurisdiction based upon states’ rights to mandate anything. Someone has finally stood up on their hind legs and said no. And it forces at the lowest level employers to allow the employees to make their own decision on their own about the success and dangers of the vaccines. That’s the biggest right step.

27% of SC is black. Blacks don’t like vaccines. A vaccine mandate means a state with only eggheads at ‘work’ producing pieces of paper with useless writing on them in exchange for money.

Real people are required to do the real work that keeps a state running.

McMaster called out Biden saying the vaccine mandate was an “unconstitutional and illegal overreach”. The governor is doing what is within his powers to do, including also prohibiting any state agency from enforcing the vaccine mandate.

I for one am glad McMaster stayed within his powers. But no, we have this overreach and power grab.
