The City of Boston has settled a federal lawsuit filed by the Second Amendment Foundation and other plaintiffs over delays in accepting and processing.

The $10,000 is monetary part of the settlement due to the SAF. There will no doubt be an agreement to speed up the process to approve permits, otherwise there would be no reason for the Second Amendment Foundation to settle. Also, compensation for lawyer’s fees could very well be separate from the $10,000.
