Another “shovel ready jobs” bill that wont be so shovel ready. Less than 10% is for actual infrastructure. The rest is for special interests like Comcast, Elon Musk, etc.

It was all infrastructure work, which independent oversight of spending and no pork it would be one thing. We all know that is not the case.
