There are already 24 states contesting the OSHA mandate. At a minimum, some judge will grant a stay and it'll be litigated up to SCOTUS through a June 2022 opinion. Thus, this will be a non-rule for months.
Secondarily, there is a testing option whereby employees do NOT need to get a shot in Paragraph G of this monstrosity. Thus, even if it IS made law, there is an escape hatch.
Newsmax could have said in its memo:
The OSHA mandate may be litigated through much of 2022. Many of you have voiced concerns about your civil rights and "may body, my choice." Thankfully, in this mandate there is a testing option. Assuming this thing isn't ligitaged and we have to operate under it starting next month vs get fined out of existence, we will set up testing sites for all employees. Oh, and if you wanna get the shots, g'head.
