They NY Times article only mentioned briefly that “things were taken from her apartment”

Who knows about a very personal diary? Or where its hidden? What else was taken?

The article says her diary was left behind at an address where she use to live.

Project Veritas was told that the diary was left in a residence Ashley had vacated. James O’Keefe said the diary was offered to Project Veritas and that anther news organization was offering money for it.

If Ashley had not vacated the apartment there should be a police report filed. This should be available to Project Veritas’ attorneys. If a report does not exist then there was no burglary.

As they say in manufacturing: if it is not written for the record, it was not done.
