Trump sweeps Election Day, goes 4-0
Washington Examiner ^ | November 03, 2021 | Paul Bedard

Yes, Virginia (and the rest of the country), Donald Trump matters.

With his post-election popularity and influence at the highest, the former president’s four endorsed candidates in Tuesday’s elections all won, highlighted by Virginia Gov.-elect Glenn Youngkin, the rookie politician who beat lifetime pol Terry McAuliffe.

In the elections, two Trump-backed candidates also beat two of President Joe Biden’s endorsed challengers — the victories seen by some Republicans as a sign of 2020 election buyer's remorse and a 2024 preview.

“The power of President Trump’s endorsement is undeniable,” said Brian Jack, the former Trump White House political director.

“President Trump continues to be a huge boost for Republicans across the country,” added Republican National Committee Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel.

Trump has already begun endorsing other candidates up in 2022, notably Herschel Walker running for the Georgia Senate seat.

In Virginia last night, Trump endorsed Youngkin, and Youngkin embraced the support. But he also kept the former president at arm’s length as McAuliffe tried to build liberal support by bashing the link.

Media pundits and election analysts, however, noted that Trump’s endorsement 175 days before the election helped to solidify the GOP, giving Youngkin a firm base to build on.

Trump, who participated in two eleventh-hour telerallies, said, “I would like to thank my BASE for coming out in force and voting for Glenn Youngkin. Without you, he would not have been close to winning. The MAGA movement is bigger and stronger than ever before.”

In Ohio’s 15th Congressional District, Mike Carey was elected to Congress in a special election to succeed former Rep. Steve Stivers. Carey is a former coal lobbyist who Trump picked out of a crowded primary of 11 candidates.

In the general election, Trump issued multiple endorsements of Carey, recorded a robocall, and hosted a telerally to help the Republican beat his Biden-endorsed opponent.

Trump also scored in the race for borough president of Staten Island, New York. He backed Vito Fossella 48 hours before the primary election in June. In the general election, he also taped a robocall, and Fossella won big last night 60%-30%.

In his victory speech, Fossella repeatedly thanked Trump and told supporters, “Tell President Trump what Staten Island thinks of what he has done!”

In the mayor’s race for Hialeah, Florida, Trump endorsed Esteban “Steve” Bovo, who avoided a runoff, winning 59% of the vote against a former mayor of Hialeah.

Jack told Secrets, “In 2020, his record in congressional special and primary elections was 120-2, and last night, he was 4-0 in general elections in Virginia, Ohio, New York, and Florida. Results don’t lie.”

I think Trump helped his chosen candidates by endorsing them, but maintaining a friendly distance after that. Let the candidates prove to the people why the are worthy of that endorsement. Donald Trump has a bigger that life personality, and can easily overwhelm the average candidate, thus dominating the stage and the camera time.
DeSantis was one of the first to handle it in this manner.

Terry McCauliff called out all of the Democrat heavy hitters to give speeches as he stood next to them, hoping to soak up some of that sunshine. It still wasn’t enough.
People had lost faith in Terry with the things he kept saying about how parents need to keep their traps shut and let the teachers decide what and how to teach your child.

Given the seismic shift in VA, if the PUBBIES fail to challenge the NJ governor result, the top of the national GOP needs to be purged ASAP of any Bill Kristol, “Reince” Priebus leftovers! Anyone else sick & tired of playing these stupid games? We have a country to save! Let ‘em know how you feel!

Phil Murphy is ahead by 70,000 votes, so it’s not like he won by a couple hundred. Exactly why the challenge and how are you going to challenge? It’s been a year and the AZ presidential election is still being studied and documented. The AZ Atty General sent out a press release this week indicating there was now enough information to launch an investigation, so....how do we proceed in NJ?

Also, forgot to comment on the seismic shift comment in VA. Many studies over the years, shows when a seat flips, it's not because that many people change their minds, it's just that the losing party's voters are demoralized or unmotivated to vote and they stay home.

Obviously, the turnout was less than the presidential election, but the areas of lower turnout were much more pronounced in urban areas, such as Norfolk, Portsmouth and Richmond with large black populations. Black turnout was low.

Youngkin lost every single jurisdiction in Northern Va, but managed to get 35% of the vote in Fairfax County, while Trump got 28% a year ago. Again, the turnout in Northern Virginia was much lower by percentage than rural areas, which was the winning margin.

Last I looked, Youngkin won by about 78,000 votes out of 3.3 million.

Kansas has a democrat governor and is known to vote for that party from time to time, so while I'm incredibly happy how Tuesday turned out, I am also aware almost half the voters couldn't care less what is going on in this country.

After all the events in Loudoun County, Youngkin lost that county by 10,000 votes. I find it astonishing that the residents of that county are OK with transgender bathrooms, rape and cover up, but I guess they are since many I talk with, Republicans are racist and their argument is no more sophisticated than that.

70k huh?

That’s a “big-gas” swing from what the totals were during the wee hours of Wednesday, November 3.

One might even describe a swing of that size as intimidating. In that, the sheer scale of the fraud, the nakedness of it, and the audacity of the perpetrators, all if it out together fairly shouts out: “Yeah, we cheated. What are you gonna do about it, punk?”

As in many states, such as Virginia and NJ, the mail in ballots are counted and reported last. We all know, Democrats love to vote by mail and often 60 to 80% are democrats. Republicans voting early will most often vote in person, so I never assume anything until the mail in ballots are counted.

“Phil Murphy is ahead by 70,000 votes, so it’s not like he won by a couple hundred. Exactly why the challenge and how are you going to challenge?”

I am really tired of terms like “Seismic shift,” “Youngkin Outperformed,” and “Democrats Demoralized.” NONE of this really happened.

THE DIFFERENCE was that republicans took voter integrity seriously and had lawyers/poll watchers at all mail-in centers for weeks watching the votes.

There was no Seismic Shift. Trump handily beat Youngkin vote totals in every inch of VA. The percentages swing was from lack of a steal.

70,000 votes are nothing compared to the 500,000 late night/early morning vote dump for Biden.

A perfect example of statistical cheating has been exposed in VA this election.

1. The last 4 VA Presidential Elections 1,959,532 (Obama 1) 1,971,820 (Obama 2), 1,981,473 (Hillary), 2,413,568 (Biden)
2. Notice the close to 500,000 vote increase for Biden? While the other three elections had small gains of around 10,000.
3. Without the cheating in this VA election, Terry only go 1,588,118 votes. Poll watching did more than the poor campaign.
4. Democrats have never gotten close to 2.4 Million Votes in their election history. Somehow Biden destroyed Obama twice in the black community.
5. What happened? Overall 851,000 votes were added to Biden’s totals and only 318,000 were awarded to President Trump between 11:14pm (Eastern) on November 3rd and 5:00am November 4th giving Biden his magical, way outside the margin of Dem growth rate of an additional 500,000 votes (so the 70K steal in NJ is weak in comparison).

One of these elections is definitely not like the others. Anyone with a smidgen of common sense knows that these additional votes are impossible (democrats don’t have the voters). Biden got close to a million more votes than McAwful and 500,000 more votes than any other Presidential Candidate in over a decade. All the while campaigning in his basement.

So why challenge the cheating in NJ? Because it is time for Republicans to grow a backbone. Only us Republican voters can force these spineless coward leaders’ hand. It would be nice to have our votes count for a change, that’s why.

If you’re wondering? This same mythical vote jump happened in NJ.
1. The last 4 NJ Presidential Elections 2,215,422 (Obama 1) 2,125,101 (Obama 2), 2,148,278 (Hillary), 2,608,335 (Biden)
2. Notice the close to 500,000 vote increase for Biden? While the other three elections had small gains and Obama lost votes in the second election.
4. Democrats have never gotten close to 2.6 Million Votes in their election history. Somehow Biden destroyed Obama twice in the black community.

I encountered a few voters who mentioned Trump as a reason to not vote for Youngkin.

Until you get the numbers and withhold money in such large amounts that it cannot be dismissed, your party’s membership out in peon land will be patted on the head, gaslighted and sent away.

I know this sounds doom and gloom; however considering what happened in 2020 and just recently when McConnell and his pack of RINOS lifted the debt ceiling, it’s realty based in my book.

Disgruntled Republican voters need to join forces and form a plan to take your party away from elites like Lindsey Graham. Starting at the local level is a good beginning. Give give the Republican Party back to the people. Then maybe I would one day come back to it.

You aren’t going to get away with this pathetic “analysis.” You can’t ignore the other variables that you are leaving out because they hurt your narrative.

The last 4 VA Presidential Elections 1,959,532 (Obama 1) 1,971,820 (Obama 2), 1,981,473 (Hillary), 2,413,568 (Biden) 2. Notice the close to 500,000 vote increase for Biden? While the other three elections had small gains of around 10,000.

The mail in voting didn’t exist as it does now until 2020. You also don’t take into account population growth, and you ignore the huge jump in votes that Trump received in 2020 as well. 1,725,005 (McCain) 1,822,522 (Romney) 1,769,443 (Trump 16) 1,962,430 (Trump 20). You are also ignoring the steady stream of Statewide wins for the Rats since 2009. (McAwful) (Klown Kaine) (Warner) (KKK Ralph) (Blackface Herring) (Rapist Fairfax).
