The executive director of an organization dedicated to helping LGBT individuals in dangerous states told France24 in an interview published Tuesday that the Taliban had organized a “kill list” of suspected LGBT people in Afghanistan and is widely distributing it among its jihadis in an attempt to execute all those identified.
The Taliban is a radical Sunni Islamist organization that considers gay identity haram, or an affront to its interpretation of Islam. Jihadists in nearly all terrorist organizations have engaged in brutal killings of people suspected of being gay or lesbian; some jihadists support forcing gay people into gender reassignment surgery, essentially imposing a transgender identity.
While extremely hostile to LGBT people, Afghanistan has been typically permissive of a traditional practice known as bacha bazi, in which tribesman rape young boys. The practice was common enough under the previous Afghan government that Taliban jihadists used small children as bait to attract and then kill Afghan security officers. The Afghan government’s acceptance of bacha bazi did not stop widespread persecution of LGBT individuals, particularly gay and lesbian people.

If Don Lemon and Anderson Cooper were concerned journalists they’d go to Afghanistan to report on this.
But it definitely doesn’t include those Taliban who have sex with young boys, because, ya’know, that’s different.
Giving them a piece of their mind on the Talibans turf might become a bit more literal than they expect.

A lady I know who was in Benghazi up until a day or two before the attack posted today that there are 14,000 Americans/green card holders left in Afghanistan. She was involved in coordinating one flight out after Diaper Joe did the pullout.
A lot of people dn’t know but Khaddaffi loyalists got the Americans out of Benghazi & Libya so I suspect this is why she is pushing to get them out now.

My old brain fails me, but there was a comedy group with banana in the name that made a satirical soap opera about Muslims. One episode had 2 Muslims who framed another one by dressing him up in a gay-ish outfit, then calling the virtue police. It was a hoot. The show had “sands” in the name, but I just can’t recall it. No doubt it would be considered hate speech now.
Now that is funny.
The fundamental Muslims death penalty for homosexuals is to throw them to their death from the highest building in the village.
Or lacking a high building ,lay the homosexual next to a wall you had built, and topple it over onto him and crush him or suffocate him.
The passage of time has resulted in different methods of executions for homosexuality. -Tom
