Someone still needs to explain how medical state information can be required by an employer. Aren’t there numerous laws against this? Can they require proof that you don’t have AIDS also? Bet not.

Not really. The HIPPA laws only apply to the medical professionals, to stop them from sharing your information. They don’t stop anyone else from asking for it.
Now, employers can’t discriminate based on a disability OR a pre-existing medical condition. I’d say being unvaccinated is a pre-existing medical condition, so they shouldn’t have any right to treat you any differently than anyone else based on that. But that’s just my opinion, someone would have to get a court to agree on that point before it would become “law”.
