Yesterday’s testimony made it clear that the DA was colluding with the lead detective (who he appointed as lead) to suppress exculpatory evidence from Grosskreuz’s phone.
I would say it's pretty clear evidence of conspiracy to deny rights under color of law. Fat chance any action will ever be taken.

I picked up on that as well as the fact that they didn't video tape one of involved witness interviews. They also did not download the phone contents from one of the victims stating a law that has never been used either before or after Kyle was arrested.
He talks about what his wife is seeing in the media, aka, the room temperature. I believe this is totally unnecessary.
He has been for all of the pretrial as well.
I'll never know how the Deep State let this judge get the case.

where are the video of the guy that pulled and pointed a pistol at him and the skate board guy that hit him with the skateboard and went for his gun. All of this while he was down on the ground. I saw these videos many times and have not see anything but him being chases and helping people.

Defense attorney first day did something smart. He’d been prohibited from mentioning Rosenbaum’s criminal history. But he got in the line, “I don’t care if I go back to prison.” ! Nobody objected or noticed but jury sure heard it.
Clear case of self defense. All the shooting (some identified - the shot in the air behind Kyle), riots, arson, etc. and one guy that’s charged is the kid trying to defend himself.
