NJ Election Worker, Essex County: “Remember, we were allowing anyone to come in.”

NJ Election Worker, Essex County: “I’ll let you fill out completely a ballot now. Whether or not it’s going to count, I don’t know.”

NJ Election Worker, Essex County: “Listen, we’ll let you do it [fill out a ballot].”

Project Veritas has reached out to Essex County Board of Elections Chairwoman Bethany O'Toole for comment. No comment has been received at the time of publication.

[East Orange, N.J. – Nov. 3, 2021] Project Veritas released a new video today exposing malfeasance that took place in the state’s gubernatorial election, where an election worker was willing to provide a ballot to a Veritas journalist disguised as a non-citizen and non-registered voter.

In a conversation between two election workers, one of them affirmed to the other that there was no true voter verification occurring at that location during the presidential election -- and supported providing a ballot to the Veritas journalist posing as a non-registered non-citizen.

“Remember, we were allowing anyone to come in,” she said.

When addressing the Veritas journalist in disguise, one of the poll workers said she was willing to provide a ballot.

“I’ll let you fill out completely a ballot now. Whether or not it’s going to count, I don’t know,” she said.

“Listen, we’ll let you do it.”

In a governor’s race that has been called with only about a one percentage point difference separating the candidates, this behavior is at the very least questionable.

The voters in New Jersey deserve to know how many locations were allowing such a practice to fester.

There’s no fear of jail-time or court appearances. Attitude you wouldn’t have seen fifty years ago.

The board of elections will trot out the usual excuse: “This was an isolated incident involving a worker who did not follow proper procedure, and that worker has been terminated.” Of course, the reality is that in 2020 there was a Biblical-scale flood of “isolated incidents”, and while perhaps not on the same scale this time (because of much closer scrutiny by the good guys), it would appear that “isolated incidents” were still abundant.

I agree with you except the part about termination. A more likely outcome will be additional training for the poll worker. The worker is really the victim in this case due to the cuts in training brought on by the virus and the evil republicans that demanded budget cuts.

Ah, you may be right. The good old, “We’ll provide additional training” dodge. It’s similar to how the establishment RINOs, if they dare speak about election fraud at all, only talk about it in the context of “we’ll do better next time.”

The takeaway message to all of us should be... more of the left agrees with you on things like the economy than you know. They are not and will not be the majority. So.. make a fiend with a non citizen and expose the lie. I doubt our replacements agree w the left either. Gotta get past the single issue stumbling block. There may be a few whosexhard stop is abortion on demand up to 2 years afer being born, but a baby’s smile and laugh is universal.

The Arizona audit found more than 36000 ballots cast by non-citizens in Maricopa County. This was just one county.

Voter fraud should be a death penalty offense, especially if you are an illegal.

For this kind of crime, flogging should be made a legal punishment.

It’s called a Provisional Ballot.

Traditionally they are thrown away en masse without ever having been looked at.

Only when the margin of victory is smaller than the number of provisional ballots filled out are the provisional ballots even considered as potential actual ballots. At that time, each provisional ballot’s provenance would be considered one at a time. In all likelylihood, 99 percent or more of the provisional ballots that were allowed to be filled out at any given polling location on any given election day will end up being thrown out fue being invalid for one or more good reasons.

Is it illegal in New Jersey? Seriously. I have no idea if they have any real election laws.

Election workers are allowed to give out provisional ballots. If anything it would have been a violation of his rights to not be given a ballot, if he were in fact eligible to vote. Whether or not it would be validated and counted is another matter.
