This believe it or not is not a Biden thang, its a California thing. It was the CA EPA regulations restricting carriers with trucks older than 3 years from picking up cargo. Thats the issue. Average age of most trucks on the road is 7 years, and puking up 200,000k for new rigs to make the California air better is insane!

I’ve read that Trump told the federal EPA not to enforce California law. But Biden withdrew that order. If that’s so, then Biden does get at least part of the blame.
