Yes Trump’s Messianic Complex can get annoying at times. Just bask in the glow that you contributed and let the man Youngkin enjoy his moment. He ran a very smart campaign and capitalized on opportunities and unforced errors by his opponent. This is a blueprint to success in purple states.

I'm not so sure about Youngkin. All I know about him for certain: he's better than the alternative. Like Justice Kavanaugh is better than Merrick Garland.
Meanwhile there are many people who are put off by Pres. Trump's style. Even now when the substance is on record and PDJT has good reason to be proud. And we need those votes. So I wish PDJT would tone it down a notch.
As indeed he did, during the campaign. When the Dems tried to make it about Trump, he didn't toss them any red meat. They had to rail against Trump -- can't help themselves -- but they sounded awfully tone deaf and off-track. They needed to make a good counter-argument to Youngkin, and "there's a Trump under every bed" doesn't cut it.
