I don’t know what legal or volunteer resources Youngkin has, but he should have representatives INSIDE the counting areas, and OUTSIDE to check for additional ballot dumps. The slightest hint at ANY irregularities should immediately taken before a judge.
They will find JUST ENOUGH votes to get a win for the RAT, They are re-running certain ballots through the system again, just in case they weren’t counted.

Even if they cheat, their cheating tactics in places where they previously had won handily will speak volumes about the real state of their farty. And even so, you can’t cheat unless the race is close, and this does not look at all close.
