It's just statistics. 50% of the population has an IQ under 100 - by definition of IQ.
The real issue is the number of supposedly high IQ folks who lack any common sense. How modern society creates conditions under which they survive and thrive without getting run over crossing the street, etc. is the issue.
It is really telling when he goes too far off the deep end and the shrieking WH press staff start yelling “Thank you, that’s enough” over and over to get the press out and he just sit their completely oblivious to what is going on.
His other tactic is to constantly smile, laugh and make jokes. HE did that before his problem to avoid conversations or questions he didn’t want to answer. But now he uses it when he looses his train of thought...or place....but even that’s not working as obvious to any observing him.....and he’s still a no show frequently....even at the G-20 He didn’t show up for a few venues other leaders did.
