Focus on VA today, but PA has municipal elections today…
Nothing exciting, school boards, judges. Etc… highway/biggest race is a Supreme Court Justice.
Personally working my district as always, expect low turnout.
Mail in ballots, way down in my district, and turnout light as expected so far.
Thanks for your work in the trenches.
The Left has its brown-shirts everywhere, basically paid for by the state, its massive spending and those in power who benefit from it.
Maybe not exciting, but important. Low-level government is where the rubber meets the road. Highly important and often ignored by conservatives, letting leftists steal the show.
I believe sheriff elections are more important now than ever. We will need true Patriot sheriffs to fight the onslaught of the Feds. I will be voting today.
They end up having enormous power.
I’m headed to the polls shortly (Lehigh Valley area in SE Penna), will let you know what I see.

My district is small, no drama here always one of the highest percentage turnouts in our county…
20 mail ins for a non event election in my district is still high. Normally maybe 20ish if that absentee for a presidential year… but it is far lower than last few cycles…
Don’t expect anything exciting here but clearly mail in is not remotely where it was….
Will see how primary in spring and mid term years go next year..
PA is all in on keeping mail in voter fraud permanent..
My county only has 1 person running for sheriff so, not really a race here.
Other counties may differ
PA Supreme Court Is 5-2 stacked dem and the race is to replace 1 of the 2 republicans who is retiring. So R wins it stays 5-2 dem loses 6-1 dem, so not really a whole lot in play regardless of who wins sadly.

“… expect low turnout.”
This is what happened for our last town council election, and 5 of 9 seats went to justice socialists.
GO VOTE!!!
Pittsburgh mayoral race: Gainey - first ever black Dem candidate vs Tony Moreno - first Republican possibility in 75 years, ex-police leader.
Gainey endorsed by bigshots like Rooneys - Moreno yard signs everywhere.
I voted this morning in Lehigh Township. There was NO ONE AT ALL in line to vote. I was the only one.
There were at least 15 people in the building working the tables and another 8-9 people outside giving out pamphlets.
So if it goes like this the rest of the day, I expect the Republicans to sweep all the local races since GOP voters are more likely to turn out. Unless the mail-in ballots by the Rats have already been submitted.
I was at my polling station, here in East York at 8:30am, and it was a ghost town. Hope it picks-up later in the day or evening, before they close.
Been slow all day here…. Think we just hit 60 voters in my district…
Probably 120-150 in person for the day most likely….
Which is pretty good for a non midterm, non presidential election with nothing big on the ballot at all to draw folks in…. But definitely will be low to modest turn out.
We will see.
In the days of in-person voting, light turnout favored the Repubs. In days of mail-in voting, light turnout means that lots of people who didn't vote will have mail-in votes submitted in their names.
Just had voter 148 with 90 minutes to go… will get a few more stragglers but would be surprised if we get more than 20-30 more.
So decent turnout for a non event election.
With absentees added will be around 200 for my district, which is very respectable for a off year municipal election.
Mail in voting is a non event for my district. Unlike 2020, where 1/2 or more votes were absentee in my district, this time looks like maybe 10-15% will be absentee when all is said and done which is much closer to historical averages… still high, but nowhere near the 2020 nonsense.
Other districts may vary, but certainly looks like absentee voting is back toward historic norms. In 2020 yes my district saw huge uptick outside historic norms for mail in, like the state… this election returned closer to historic norms.
Clearly other districts may be different, but I can safely say won’t see the nonsense of 2020, at least not statewide.
