Every government attending the Glasgow summit needs to start walking the walk by turning off the electricity in all of their government buildings—forever.

North Korea has the jump on everybody else.
And, MOST OF ALL, stop flying to all these endless conferences. Over 22,000 people at one meeting is sheer and utter insanity. They go only to be swooned over, enjoy luxury digs, fine dining, and maybe getting laid on the side.
