That would be global taxation...am I right?
Not sure. Taxation doesn’t “block” corporations from moving. It makes it removes a main incentive to move. porters, though, are not too great with word definitions and headline writers are less so.
Maybe in a sense, but I think they’re talking about harmonizing rates.
