Two Minnesota doctors are speaking out after being silenced for reiterating the importance of individual rights as it pertains to COVID-related policies.
Dr. Scott Jensen, a GOP gubernatorial candidate in the state, faces a fifth investigation in just one year for emphasizing the importance of natural immunity, and Dr. Jeffrey Horak was reportedly terminated from his role of 15 years as a veteran of general surgery after speaking at a local school board meeting.
Dr. Jensen explained the vaccine must be "targeted," however, to people most vulnerable to severe cases of COVID-19, rather than applying broad mandates.
"The Minnesota Board of Medical Practice has been weaponized by people who disagree with my interest in trying to provide some kind of context into what's going on."
Dr. Horak was forced to leave his job as a general surgeon about one week after he spoke at a school board meeting, where he shared his professional expertise regarding mask mandates in schools. He recommended schools should allow parents to decide whether they want to mask their children or not.
"I spoke at a school board, I was asked by the community to speak at a school board about mask mandates," Dr. Horak responded when asked why he was fired.
"I gave my expertise and my professional opinion. Nine days later my employer, Lake Region Medical Group, gave me an option to resign or to be terminated. The only information I got was that my views were no longer congruent with that of my employer. … I was just shocked, I didn't know what to do."
The Medical Group Board released a statement clarifying the termination, saying Dr. Horak's peers on the board ultimately made the decision to fire him and it was not made by Lake Region Healthcare.

Since when is it “science” when all contrary views and criticism are silenced? Is that how “peer reviews” are done? All they’re doing is sowing distrust of everything that is labeled “science “, and the scientific community should be outraged.

To be fair, this website has similar - but not identical - policy. The owners of this site allow a great deal of dissent. They don’t allow trolling or profanity. It is, in fact, their property.
That said I am of the opinion that if a private service reaches some form of critical mass - I’ll put an arbitrary number of 10 million users but I’m open to other numbers - then it should be considered a public utility and there should be no speech limitations whatsoever. That is the reason why websites were given an exemption from liability by Congress for what the users post.
If someone uses the platform to commit a crime, the evidence is there to be reported to the proper authorities. Social media is supposed to be social, to let the users argue against bad ideas. It is not supposed to be a platform to dictate what is true, what is a lie, what is fair, what is profane, what is real and what is fake etc.

The thread was created because of me. I asked to have my account cancelled because of the way his admins treated me, but when he created, just a few days later, a thread about losing a lot of members because of personal attacks, I asked to have my account reinstated and thanked him. And I posted a lot on that one. But He needed to clarify the reason both he and I knew why I wanted out and created the thread in the link above.
There are a lot of motivated, but not very smart people running a lot of sites. He created a nightmare problem with that thread, and chickens are going to come home to roost.

The left wants ‘the science’ to mean whatever they say it is and use it to grab, grow and maintain power. MSM and Democrats (aka Leftists R Us) even push more than 2 genders as real while they deny DNA at the same time. I read an article on that movement spreading, “Forensic anthropologists urge scientists to stop saying skeletons have biological race”, and you can give that a look at CollegeFix. The actual ‘science deniers’ are always the left, from DNA to the Sun to how an immune system works, they deny it. Courts have ruled police are not required to protect you, so folks needs to wake up to the fact you are your own first responder and only you have your best interests at heart. Some doctors denying treatment today proves that too.

And now the government has taken control over the healthcare industry, as was their intention. They will eliminate doctors and nurses who don’t loudly profess their acceptance of the official Creed, or who show their rebellious nature by rejecting the vax.
All who remain will be loyal to the Supreme Authority, ready and willing to do what they are told to do, including injecting the “Pleasant Life Exit” serum into the old folk when ordered to.
