Does the Biden administration want to foment a civil war, a mass taxpayer rebellion, or are they simply crazy?
Those were the thoughts that flew through my head like the swallows to Capistrano the minute I read the Oct. 28 report in the Wall Street Journal under the headline “U.S. in Talks to Pay Hundreds of Millions to Families Separated at Border.” Needless to say, it is currently their most read article.
“WASHINGTON—The Biden administration is in talks to offer immigrant families that were separated during the Trump administration around $450,000 a person in compensation, according to people familiar with the matter, as several agencies work to resolve lawsuits filed on behalf of parents and children who say the government subjected them to lasting psychological trauma.
“The U.S. Departments of Justice, Homeland Security, and Health and Human Services are considering payments that could amount to close to $1 million a family, though the final numbers could shift, the people familiar with the matter said.”
$450,000 a person? This when millions of actual taxpaying American citizens are suffering, barely able to make ends meet during the pandemic, and inflation is on a record pace. Not even Anthony Fauci, allegedly the highest paid government official, makes that much, at least in salary.
Psychological trauma? How about causing psychological trauma to a whole country at once? Never in my life have I heard anything so insane.
And I thought nothing could top the Afghanistan debacle.
Many, many Americans work their entire live and do not accumulate that much wealth. After paying taxes, there is not that much left. And biden is going to give that much to individuals entering this country illegally, and tax free I might add. These “families” were separated during the commission of a crime, it happens every day to Americans. This can not be allowed to happen.
Dan Crenshaw slams Biden for considering payments to migrants, compares treatment to military: ‘Let that sink in’!
Rep. Dan Crenshaw slammed President Biden Thursday over a Wall Street Journal report that Biden is considering paying $450,000 to migrant families that were separated on the southern border during former President Trump’s administration, alluding that military families get worse government benefits than that.
“Biden wants to pay illegal immigrants $450,000 for their hardship while breaking our laws,”
Crenshaw, R-Texas, a Navy SEAL veteran, tweeted. “For perspective, if a service member is killed in action, their next of kin gets an insurance payment of $400,000. Let that sink in.”

Is it time for the guillotines yet?
with the lawyers taking most (and the kickback
to all the Blackrobes and their keepers),
is it really enough??
Eyepatch McCain is not really on our side, he’s just playing like he is.
Past time.
Anyone still think the US Constitution is still in effect?
If you do, then your badly mistaken.
No constitution, no union of states, no reason to NOT secede.
The compact/contract is broken.
If this passes get ready for all of South and Central America, along with the Caribbean islands to make a massive invasion of the US border.
Maybe a large contingent from Africa and Asia heading our way!
Canadians may even decide to head South!
Uh, can't I choose all three?
Like "What kind of fool do you think Biden is for doing this?" Reply: What are my choices?
Thanks for posting this.
Before they do they should heed what the late Canadian songwriter Leonard Cohen said:
"You're not going to like what comes after America."
We already don't like it and it's still in flux thanks to pushback.
The whole world is laughing at us.

Always a surprise that even with the photos of huge crowds and the reports of people moved to small towns to get welfare and free housing, they are not as numerous as ones coming from India and China.
This is a way that Dementia Joe (more likely the bunch who actually runs the government as he doesn’t, but instead focuses constantly on his son Beau - not a combat casualty but he tries to say he was - and nutty phony stories from Biden’s past. Its a way the government can transfer money to Biden’s lawyer pals who put him into office. The ACLU and their allied lawyers bring these ridiculous cases, the Justice Dept. under Merrick Garland settles them promptly for a million a head, and a good 33 to 40 percent of each million goes to their lawyer friends; if the payout is a billion, these bums get up to $ 400 million of it. Good for them, great for the illegals and terrible for the American taxpayers and the rule of law. But if you thought this lousy bunch of already rich leftists gave a damn about you then you are sadly and grossly misstaken. Where is the purported ACLU when you have people from Jan. 6th imprisoned since over next to nothing? Nowhere to be found, they are self-serving phonies to the core.
Be as batshit crazy as possible, have the media cover for you, then label the people that oppose you as “extremists”.
The sheep buried in their phones, not paying attention will side with whoever gives them a check.
RE: Lawyer fees and ACLU ignoring innocent demonstrators....
Great post. Every word is true.
This a great opportunity. There are no appropriated funds for this program. There is no court judgment requiring it.
The administration has no legal authority to spend this money without legislation authorizing funding.
Make the dems vote on it and then watch them choke on it. It will never pass.
Let them pay for painting themselves in a corner. CAN YOU HEAR ME GOP!
