There isn’t one as we all know.

It’s a rule being promulgated under OSHA and is yet to be published, much less go through the comment period.

Dear Sara: fat and stupid is no way to go through life.

There certainly is one, it just has nothing to do with OSHA or 100+ employees. It has to do with Federal contractors. And for how much this has been mentioned around FR, I don't see how people on here are still so ignorant on this topic...

EO14042 has nothing to do with private banks, and that's what I was referring to.

Citi may have contracts with the federal government, and for what, I have no idea. Maybe they have a covert money laundering department.

The chatter a few weeks ago was that The Thief in Chief was going to issue an EO compelling private companies to impose vaccine mandates, which of course a President can't do. So Biden's merry band of thugs decided they would submarine it with an OSHA rule, which is ongoing.

As far as your prissy harrumphing about "people here being iggorant", well, stuff it bubba. It's an obscure web chat platform with a few hundred active commenters which means it's next to irrelevant. Most people here don't know the difference between an EO and a regulation published in the CFR and they aren't much different from the general public in that regard. You want to get upset about it, talk to your therapist.
