Great, High rise project buildings all over the country. Put one in Beverly Hills and see what they think.

Should we be happy that the bill is now only $1.75 trillion instead of $3.5 trillion?

Geez, Joe. Give the damn taxpayer a break. Not everyone is able to poop on a canvas and sell it as ‘art’ for $150,000. We have to work to make ends meet.

More likely rent subsidies to corporate single family home owners. Section 8 next door, basically.

Well since it has to be built by union labor it may not happen in my lifetime.

President Biden climate and social services bill is expected to include $150 billion for affordable housing creation
But of course. Where are the millions of migrants he’s letting in supposed to live? They all can’t collect the $450,000 settlement for separated families.

YES; if the 3.5 trillion bill did not cost of anything the 1.75 trillion should get us a tax cut.

Every time they build “affordable housing” housing gets more expensive, including affordable housing.

Seems to me that anywhere they put “affordable housing” it drives the price up in the area.

“Framework” does not mean they have an actual finalized bill that will pass. There is still a lot on infighting going on among the Democrats. The announcement of a “Framework” is just an attempt to give other world leaders the impression that Biden has actually accomplished something as he travels to Europe to meet with them.

Let me guess, Pelosi and Feinstein’s Husbands build affordable housing. I purposely left off the question mark.

Great, High rise project buildings all over the country.Don't need that. FedGov can just rent all those houses that Blackrock has been buying up. They won't be for Americans of course. This is for all the new "migrants" aka illegal aliens.

Will they be like the $575,000 dollar apartments like californicate is building for the homeless?
