There is "Hell to Pay" when you are in this category.

There are 4 countries close to the status of "Dead Countries" in C.A. It is "El Salvador", "Honduras", "Nicaragua", and "Guatemala".

In South America it is "Ecuador" and "Bolivia" are almost in the "Dead Country" category.
