Some of the things he left out of this is Bare Shelves Biden's regime is deliberately slow walking, despite a court order, new leases and permits. Included in the Democrat spending bill currently in front of Congress is planes to increase taxes and royalty fees on things like pipelines and new offshore wells by factors of around 1000%.
No matter how much Biden Democrats try to lie about it, our bear shelves and empty pocket books are directly caused by their bad polcies.
