Yeah, and he's not exactly a genius. The packet captures are practically meaningless, encrypted and useless. However the packets could show Chinese servers as sources or destinations. Even if that's true it's hard to prove it has anything to do with China. Sounds like they are making claims based on packet contents which is not really plausible.
They way they displayed the packet capture info at the last big event was a HUGE SIGN OF FRAUD. What idiots display the packet capture info as scrolling hex data as opposed to higher level, layer and protocol decoded text? Only someone who wanted to obfuscate the data. WHO DOES THAT? Not someone who has the goods. It is like the counties trying as hard as hell to block the elections audits. ONLY THE DISHONEST do that.
Plus the Chicoms are not idiots. They would not attack from China but pop up on the net from Kansas or Idaho or Arkansas.
