We will NEVER have in infrastructure to handle all electric cars.

We don't have it now for the limited amount we have today.

I will however be interested in seeing how Hertz rental cars customers handle the 100,000 Tesla's that Hertz has ordered.

If you are routinely drive a gas vehicle, are you going to want to rent an electric car and screw around with the hassle of charging it for valuable hours on your trip or vacation ?

Tree hugger are against mining too. Copper that is a major component of electrical grids would have to be mined. Can't mine it if tree huggers block more mining.

Yep. Just like Carter. All he had to do was open up federal land to drilling.

Hopefully, Trump will get back in in 2024, re-open fracking and drilling on fed lands, and re-open the XL Pipeline. That will give us all the oil we could ever use, until more nukes get built. But somehow, I think the commie left will block all new nuke plants.

Don’t forget making homeowners unable to pay for their energy

It looks like we'll see that this winter. Gonna need fedgov to give heating stimulus checks away /s

Short-term policy related to environmentalism, in terms of restricting supply of hydrocarbons, has created energy inflation...

Yes, it has. Part of that is inadvertent, part of it is deliberate. Abundant energy isn't the lever to power that scarce energy is.

Fully agree. Disgusting to participate in that. And there are others, like Dan Crenshaw for example.
