KENOSHA -- The judge in the Kyle Rittenhouse case denied more prosecution motions Monday at the last scheduled hearing before the trial is set to begin in a week.
Assistant District Attorney Thomas Binger said he's concerned the defense will try to make the case about the police, by saying they encouraged Rittenhouse to wander around with an assault-style rifle in some sort of private law enforcement function, and that that would explain why Rittenhouse thought it was reasonable to shoot three people.

How about, the three thugs were trying to kill him. It was more than reasonable to take the shots.

About the police?? Try self defense. Same reason he tried to get the video tossed out. It clearly shows it was self defense.
In the end they will not convince 12 jurors to convict. This is just to drain money and scare 2A people into submission.
heh. I just went to some of my bookmarks on Youtube where there are livestreams and you can see what happened. LOTS of scenes that show Kyle running away, etc.

I recall one video that showed them loading the first guy killed (short, angry sex offender - Rosenbaum)) into the back of a car to get him to the hospital across the street. One of the guys helping is trying to keep a pistol concealed in his hoody.
The hoody guy was behind the sex offender, and is seen with a gun. A shot is fired as Kyle is still running away from sex offender. I suggest that the shot was fired by hoody guy (also chasing after Kyle) and the sex offender took that round in the back.
Autopsy indicates Rosenbaum shot in the back.

Here is the video. At about 3:57:30 the camera guy (black?) talks about Antifa, etc. At about 3:58:57 Kyle is seen running right to left with his rifle away from people. Earlier in the video it appears that two people are following him.
At about 3:58 there is a guy that has what is probably a pistol held at about 45 degrees towards the ground. Rosenbaum chases after Kyle, the pistol guy runs to the right. At 3:59:05 the pistol guy is just below the light on the gas station at about the right 1/3 of the screen. He brings his gun up.
I believe that he accidentally shot his buddy Rosenbaum from behind.

A link to another FR post from awhile ago. Reporter McGinnis states that a shot is fired and Kyle turns around. Rosenbaum is right there.
McGinnis describes trying to find the wound in Rosenbaum.
Did you ever see any ballistics reports which gun caused his wound?
