So... The engineer in me asks. Where will a parking lot have enough power for 100 480v charging stations??? It will probably be like the charging stations that run on a diesel generator.

Not all EVs will need a full charge, not all of them will be scheduled for pick up first thing in the morning...
The chargers communicate with a server that schedules charging and minimizes peak demand.
Same set up for UPS, Amazon, Post Office(?)...
